It must be almost 10 years since Victoria Foster arrived in my professional world as the newly appointed business development manager for Ashby Dental in Wetherby, West Yorkshire. She was like a breath of fresh air across the dental landscape at the time: open-minded to new ideas, and with the deft touch of creativity that can turn a good business idea into a work of art. Over the years, her creative ability has matured through work experience, through a deep understanding of the clients she serves, and through her own personal development. Yet when she walks in the room, it still lights up.

Victoria works closely with a number of our Dental clients. Her understanding of the profession is second to none and she brings a fresh way of thinking to help practices be more efficient and profitable. Her knowledge around the regulation, policies and procedures that practices need means that she keeps her clients compliant.
